Sorry to hear about your Nicki's accident. What about Cauliflour

mashed potatoes (Steam cauliflour until soft, puree with whipping

cream. Or see the recipe in South Beach Diet book). Orange Juliuses

are yummy. Pasterized egg, finely crushed ice, cream and oil,

orange flavoring. He probably wouldn't like yogurt mixed with creamy

peanut butter. I do. My brother-in-law just told me a story of a

trendy LA restaurant he ate in 10 years ago. Everything was pureed

and colorful portions were dollaped on dinner plates. It was pretty,

but it was like eating baby food. I don't suppose the place lasted

long. I hope the tooth heals quickly. Nicky doesn't need this on

top of everything else.

Thanks Gretchen,

I made a few new meals last night, now have to go shopping too, We've

stayed mostly away from fruits, but he's at a low enough ratio now

that I think we will be able to introduce more of them again. Yeah,

down to a 2.8. Hopefully the klonopin will hold those drops for

now. These summer months always suck for him. Doc's even talked

about Febratol, but very nervously. I looked it up and I see why.

He actually lost a patient 15 years ago to the side effects.

Hopefully something will hold soon.
