Guest guest
Hello, I have been on the diet for 3 weeks now and I seem to be getting a yeast infection. Is this related to the diet? (I have had them in the past but not in a long time - like 10 months.) Why would this be happening? Should I go off fruit and honey? I have been eating a lot of fruit since going on the diet, but before that I was eating just as much sugar (if not more)! Thanks, -- SCD 11/29/04, breastfeeding Owen, 11 months, eczema/allergies
Guest guest
Hi , Are you peeling, deseeding (as appropriate) and cooking the fruit (and vegetables)? Depending on the state of your system etc. you may be overloading it with legal cellulose found it the peels of fruits & veggies. It may be a matter of just allowing your body to adjust to the change in foods. Also , change in soap (scented etc.) can set off yeast infections.
