how about a bank account opened in "Memory of Feisty " where you send everyone the # and they can donate by bank transfer as they have the cash and they way all can put something in without too much hassle. They do this in Canada when sad things happen and people need help with finances. Dawn in CanadaCarol wrote: , Send me your address off line, I'll cover you for the next 6 months... I know that we do that where I live and only certain people who have signed the card on the account have access to that account. Maybe one could be set up near Topper's home with her being the one to sign for the money. We could mail our contributions there. I know that I am willing to send at least enough for 3 months now and will send more as I am able.

We're zeroing in on setting up a paypal account specifically for this so that all funds go directly to that and then payments are made from there.... there will be two of us with access... for safety and accountability.... still working out the details... this will make it much easier for everyone.... there will be no hassling with exchanging foreign funds, or cashing anything, or coordinating anything... anybody that wants to contribute what ever amount can just chip in to the pot......

Pats on the back to , everyone... for tearing into this stuff and figuring out how to do it all so that it will work smoothly!

Will keep you all posted....

Great that you caught that.... I had a puter burp this morning... I'm working a disaster recovery now.....

Imagine 400 plus emails in the last 24 hours, those were just the 'keepers' from the groups and off list.. that got scrambled in my email reader and all set back to 'new'. I'm working on sorting them all out and figuring who I've responded to and who I hadn't....

I'd made a back up last night before shutting down.. that's the only thing that is saving my butt..... Don't no one tease me about doing back ups all the time.... without them... I wouldnt' have a hair left on my head!!!!
