Thanks for your quick reply. I live in the DC metropolitan area and

there are tons of health food stores and supermarkets. I actually

went to a kosher supermarket for this item... really as an excuse to

visit my uncle, who works there. :) Anyway, it really didn't occur

to me that there would be anything in it besides flour and water and

I was suprised to come home and see oil as an ingredient (to be more

precise: " partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening - contains

soybean oil " )!

OK.. Good to know that most brands don't have oil (just my luck to

pick up the one that does). This should be a lesson to all to read

the labels (don't just go on assumptions like me).
