I'm also encouraged that you also had several types of seizures (esp. absence) and are now seizure free. That is really wonderful to hear. The more I think about it the more it seems like an intelligent choice to make - ie: 8 different med's did not work - the chance of ANY other med working is practically nil, surgery is not an option (no focal point found). Giving the diet a good chance to work alone really IS a realistic and intelligent next step. I can't tell you how encouraged I was by your response. p.s.
