If they get your electrolytes back into a normal state, your heart may calm down over the next few weeks, and after awhile may be perfectly fine. Yes, caffeine can bring on afib, for some people dairy products, sour foods, etc. can Troggers vary from person to person. Also stressful exercise can do it.
