Thought this was interesting, for those who preach that diets lower in

carb and higher in protien will tax the kidneys. Say it isn't so....

Protein Supplementation With Isocaloric Carbohydrate Reduction Spares

Calcium Contrary to popular belief, this diet does not increase calcium

wasting but rather mayhave favorable effects on the skeleton, according

to the results of a small study.

Thanks, ! I've got some other printed articles on this

subject, too. I've always wondered how those cave men survived on

only meat and berries.... before they knew how to grow grain :o).

Thanks, ! I've got some other printed articles on this

subject, too. I've always wondered how those cave men survived on
