Guest guest
, Thanks for your always upbeat and encouraging messages. This morning your message was just what I needed to read! It is easy for us to get anxious and feel sorry for our selves, but there are worse afflictions then fib, although sometimes one thinks not! I needed a possitive attitude this morning, and thanks to you, I feel better! Wouldn't it be great for us to have a web site convention and everyone actually gets to meet each other? What stories we could share! MandyofCA

The thoughts in that message help me to stay positive when worry about afib looms on the horizon. Although I have been in afib right now for about four hours, instead of being depressed I am thinking and expecting that I will soon return to sinus because my most recent episodes have been about 20 minutes to 10 hours at the longest. Comparing those lengths to the 4, 6, 8, and 10 day episodes I was having three years ago, I feel very positive. in afib in Seattle
