Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone has compared the foods recommended (or not recommended) in ³Eat Right 4 Your Type² with their trigger foods. For example, dairy is strongly discouraged for people with Blood Type A. My triggers are the usual suspects: alcohol, chocolate, strong coffee, rich desserts, and just plain overeating. > What trigger foods put you into a-fib? I spread out my calories to six even meals a day. I figure > that that won't overtax my digestive system. >

So these past few days I figure I would at least give it a try with no chocolate. This is soooo hard. I just LOVE chocolate. The EP Dr told me caffine, sleep depervation and stress are all triggers. Except for the chocolate that I am giving up for a bit the other two seems to be pretty much my life style :::Sigh:::
