Do you find that when you exercise when you're tired it revs you up? I

can come home beat as an old dog on a hot summer day, go to the gym, and

leave fairly bouncing out the door.

Any exercise is positive and if on one day you can't muster enough to go

as strong as another day, that's okay. That's called listening to your

body. Two miles IS a very good thing.
