Michele, If your heart is pounding or beating fast, but it is not

irregular, then I think that is not Afib. Afib has an irregular beat,

not an even beat. Just a fast pounding is more of a palpitation, and

afib is when it misses beats and when you take your pulse, it is

irregular. Mine goes a few beats slow, and then several fast and

uneven, when in fib. Everyone is different, and maybe some on the

board have different experiences.

I do know that feeling! That is different than the plan old pounding.

I rather have just the strong heart beat than the fish feeling.
