Guest guest
Hi .Keep the faith. It will all work out. What are you going to ask your EP? Think about it. This will be a very powerful moment. You've done your part, has your EP done his part? That is, the mapping and ablating. Did he say out loud that he thinks he got it all? Or was he conservative and said " let's see what happens. " He may tell you, he wants to go back in a do a touch up. This is very normal for PVA's. He did go into the left side and the pulmonary veins right? The balls in your court. Rich O

Guest guest
> Hi everyone. > If you remember me I had my PVI last Tuesday ( 17th ). As I said I > had 32 hours of being in sinus rhythm, before going back into AF. On > Thursday I went into sinus rhythm from 1200 to 1630 hours but that > was the last time. I have been in AF ever since. .................................................................. , it's just been a week. From what I've read here from other PVI ablation patients and from what I've bee told by the doctors the afib could continue and might even worsen for a couple of months until the scars have had a chance to form. I think some of the people <possibly Thor> were put on sotalol to control the afib until the healing process was complete. Hang in there, see what happens and thanks for keeping us informed.
