Guest guest
I used to run, and will return to it one of these days (post ablation, probably). I bought one of the Polar units that refers to. I use it in the way that he describes. It's a good way to verify my sense that something is up. (I rarely feel the pounding that many describe. I'm much more in the 'squirrels in my chest' mode. It also has the beeping pulse feature. That can serve to verify the irregularity of the beats. That's handy when the fib is extremely transient.
