looking to lose 20 pounds

I started a new diet yesterday, where I eat anything I want, but I

can eat only 1500 calories a day. I don't eat very healthy, but I

keep aware of too much fat. I have not lost any significant weight

for years and this is the only diet I use because it seems to be the

easiest for me. Anyone who has a comment on this diet or have a

better diet idea for me-please respond. Planpe
