Guest guest Posted June 9, 2003 Report Share Posted June 9, 2003 I started a new diet yesterday, where I eat anything I want, but I can eat only 1500 calories a day. I don't eat very healthy, but I keep aware of too much fat. I have not lost any significant weight for years and this is the only diet I use because it seems to be the easiest for me.
