Thanks so much for checking on us. Langan is hanging in there. We gave the

last lamictal dose Friday night and have been holding our breath ever since.

She was having a seizure about every other day right before the reduction,

which was a bad increase for her. She had one Sat night and then nothing

until yesterday afternoon. But she made up for it- had her first awake

seizure ever. She was sitting with me and then screamed in terror and then

started her shiver thing that we have seen her do recently sometimes upon

waking. It wasn't her normal seizure- she never did the jerking part, but

her eyes looked seizure and her breathing sounded seizure and she did that

shiver thing for 6 minutes. So you know what they say- if it looks like a

seizure and sounds like a seizure.... We're just hoping it was withdrawal

and not a new trend but only time will tell. Otherwise, she is fine. Her

moods have been all over the board, but I think that's common with lamictal

withdrawal since it is also a mood stabilizer.
