Guest guest Posted December 10, 2005 Report Posted December 10, 2005 Ahhh, that would make sense. A lot, actually. Also would explain the flu-like muscle aches. A body that starts being more functional kicks up all kinds of processes that it's not used to.... muscles move more... etc... it could, I would guess, also kick up the body's cleaning processes more, requiring the body to be doing some 'housecleaning' get rid of some of the by products in the muscle tissues.... Carbon dioxide, that kind of stuff.. that might increase the body's need for water to be flushing stuff.... Something worth paying attention to...? I do feel better now, and I am doing things more now (though I didn't think it was that much more, but you never know how your muscles are going to react). I feel less achey today, but I drank a LOT of water yesterday. Perhaps I was somewhat dehydrated? That would cause muscle aches. Maybe it doesn't mean anything, other than my body is getting hormones it was missing for so long and it's adjusting to them. LOL Quote
