Thanks to both of you Orchid and Otis for reminding me to drink and stay hydrated and telling me of the website....especially important since I have iron overload and I am on Coumadin. I have very low blood pressure, though...so low that it scares me at times. Guest guest
Isabell.. my bp is often around 90/50 in the evening when I am settling down... that's awfully low, but I otherwise feel great, other than now having cold hands quite regularly. My resting heart rate is about 48. but drink drink drink.. preferably plain water... its' so good for so many of your body parts.. keeps your skin moist, keeps your kidneys and bladder flushed, and keeps your blood flowing nicely. Also keeps you from getting headaches, which are common in dehydration! In addition, if you have any problems with overeating, drinking water before a meal can help you control the volume of food you eat by making you feel slightly full before you start to eat! stef isabelh_21601 wrote: > > > > > > > > Isabelle - dehydration is a big trigger for me, so I'm really > consistant with the amount of water I drink (which is A LOT).............................................................
