unfamiliar w/the keto diet) doesn't know it. BTW, the salt solution isn't

After thirteen years of dealing w/seizures, drugs and doctors, I can honestly

say I value the opinions (pooh-pooh to the so-called 'facts') of others who

walk the same life path! Fact or coincidence, it certainly is good to have

your experience on-board.

Have been reading the different threads about the Epsom salts and will be

giving them a try this weekend. It all makes perfectly good sense!

I am not saying that it is a scientifically proven fact, just our small

experience. It could have been a coincidence.

No. I find that salt water is a great healer. I love to swim in the

ocean. Doesn't your skin feel great after that?
