Guest guest
NO!!! A resection does have anything to do with IVF. A septum does not affect your fertility. It may be the cause of early m/c but you will be able to get pregnant without fertility measures unless you have something wrong with you that is unrelated to you MA. -Liz > >Reply-To: MullerianAnomalies >To: MullerianAnomalies >Subject: does resection mean IVF? >Date: Thu, 14 Oct 2004 02:28:22 -0000 > _________________________________________________________________ Get ready for school! Guest guest
Hi , A resection definitely doesn't mean you have to do IVF. In fact my RE who performed the resection doesn't think we'll have to do IVF at all. He thinks IUI will work for us now. I have other infertility issues though, and they also removed some endometriosis during my surgery. The septum can cause early miscarriage but not infertility.
