Guest guest Posted March 12, 2004 Report Posted March 12, 2004 Hello Hildreth. I was told that they figure all angles and give the widow or any survivors whatever is the largest amount. There are even cases where a person has been married twice, loses a spouse and receives a benefit amount, and then when the former spouse passes away, that person can draw off of that former spouses account if it is a larger amount than the amount they are presently receiving. I guess a person just has to keep asking questions. Take care and God Bless. ..... Baylee Quote
