Problems with chicken soup

Hi Ya'll,

When I made the chicken soup, I had trouble digesting it. I made it with the

skins still on the chicken, and so there was a lot of fat in it. Lots of fat is

a big no-no for me, and it bothered my tummy LOTS. Is it ok to make the soup

with just skinless chiken breasts (bone still in)? Or remove the skins from the

drumsticks first? Or would that defeat some purpose I'm not seeing?

If I cook a chicken soup with just chicken meat, veggies, salt, etc.....I can

handle it. It looks as though the chicken soup and the homemade jell-o are the

only things I can tolerate completely with NO adverse affects. Everything else I

eat hurts me in one way or the other. How long can I live on soup and jell-o? I

have a hard time believing that after two days of eating those two things, my

gut will be healed enough to add other things in.

So far, I have just been experimenting with scd foods. I guess I wanted to find

out if I could handle eating them before I jumped into the diet. Granted, there

are lots of items that are deliciosO! But almost all of them were not tolerated

well. So I guess I'm discouraged before I get started. O me of little

faith......8o)
