I woke up today at 9 because my shoulder was dislocated! I was in extreme pain, unable to breathe, until it popped back 10 seconds later. My shoulders have been dislocated about 35 times each in the past 15 years. It is one of the worst things I know!!!Does it require extra HC after a physical (and mental) episode like this?Anyway.. I woke up now at 11:30 am, and feel like I can't feel my whole body that well. When I take deep breaths, I have pain in my back, on both sides, under my kidneys.I've had that pain before, it usually passes. But the general feeling I have in my body now isNOT good. The head is the worst. It just feels.. Wrong! Face is puffy like never before and..I can't taste my good very well! Can this be too much HC?I will go down on the third dose today like suggested. Making it 5.0 mg

instead of 7.5 mg.It is horrible feeling something is wrong, but nobody knows what it is, or what to do... :(

Oh yeah, and in the nighttime, my pulse was well below 60, not normal for me. I am not an athlete. - Leading me into thinking I need more T3, fast???

My pulse was so low last night, in the nighttime, near 40... Maybe I should try to increaseT3 before I decrease HC? Like up with 5 mcg to 20 mcg T3 total daily? I don't have anypressure on my chest anymore.

Nick, would you say it could be ok to raise the T3-dose to 20 mcg daily? I've been taking15 mcg T3 for 18 days including today now. My ferritin is still in the 50s/60s, without stoppingthe iron-supplementing before the blood sample. My heart is skipping beats, beating weakly, and it was horrible falling asleep with a pulse near 40 last night. I was too scared to sleep.I was like "pulse, get up up up!" until I finally fell asleep. Is this because I have too littleT3? Probably, right? My fae and hands feel puffy, and the skin on my hands seems thinnernow than before. Too much HC?

Try it and see.

If it's too much then drop down again, the effect of too much will

wear off by the next day

Yeah that's the good thing about T3. Doesn't stay too long in the system. The halflife ishalf a day right? Any suggestions to when to make the increment? I guess I have tolook for that pressure on the chest, in addition to higher temp and faster pulse?Just ate 10 maki roll bites.. With regular soy sauce... I feel like I am living in Sin!

Btw Nick, do you know why my heart is skipping beats when I am taing a deep breath?Like, everytime I inhale deeeeply, it happens. It's so scary. I also feel that air hunger thing.:( But this is also the beginning of week number 4 of taking T3-only. So I guess 15 mcg istoo little at this point anyway! I just need to know if it's dangerous to be on 15 mcg T3 so long or not..?

At that level your own thyroid will still be putting out some T3 and

T4 so though you may be hypo you won't be very hypo

I would put it as a bit longer than half a day, it takes 3 days or so

to stabilise on a dose. to go up or down a little you don't need to

wait for a half life for it to decay back to acceptable levels, if you

are increasing by 1/4 (15 to 20) then you will be back to the previous

level after 6 hours or so if you don't take the next dose.

I can feel a dose kick in after around 30 mins and feel the need for

the next dose after 3 orr 4 hours. I suspect I am feeling around 10 or

15% variations in level.

Natural was quicker for me, I suspect I was pretty well immune to the

T3 and hence was feeling T2 from it, it was a sharper rise and decay

than T3 is for me.

>Btw Nick, do you know why my heart is skipping beats when I am taing a deep

breath?

Nope, mine skips beats when I am hypo though, it's a warning that I am

ready for my next dose.

I also have missed beats if I take too much T3 and get low cortisol

symptoms just to confuse matters so there is more than one reason for

skipped beats (they may both lead to low cellular T3 levels though)
