Which of the following two painkillers are the best for my head symptoms now?I mean, taking into consideration that I am on HC and that HC is hard for the intestines.ParacetamolorIbuprofenI think Paracetamol might be the best since it goes to the liver and kidneys and not stomach.I have intense head pressure and pain now and it gets worse when I lean forward.

I am relativly new and not an expert on dosing anything. I don't even know what

my optimal doses are and it's so individual.

You'll have to ask Val or Nick.

down with thyroid and adrenal and maybe ferritin. I don't know what your

ferritin is. Living with an infection is just wearing down your immune system

and adrenals even more.

But aspirin is hard on the stomach. What about Paracetamol? Is sea salt a pain killer? Or do you mean like the effect it has on the headache if the headache is due to low sodium? As for the HC. I could try to go down to 25 mg daily. You mean I should lower my first dose? Make my 10 mg into 7.5? Then my plan would be like this: 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 2.5.Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Saturday, January 2, 2010, 5:16 PM

Sea salt adn Aspirin are the safest,

Paracetamol which is known as acetominophen in the USA is HORRIBLY hard

on the liver. Ibuprophen I would NEEVR take for the same reason. Sea

salt is not a pain releiver btu helps correct a common cause of

headaches in adrenal fatigue which si intracellular dehydration. Whne

sodium is too lwo for enough fluids INSIDE the cells to stay hydrated.

Now if oyur heaache si from the infeciotn in your system aspirin wuill

help as it releives inflammation and works much the same as a steroid

thinning blood to alolow for healing and recovery.

Aspirin is only hard on an empty stomach as long as you eat with ti it

is pretty harmless..

Paracetamol and Ibuprofen is what 99.9% of all people use over here in Europe. Very fewuse or even know what Aspirin is. I've used it before though, but I don't have any lyingaround. Hate to buy new ones. Doctors here usually say you should combine one of each of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. If you say Aspirin is good for AF/HC-patients, then I'll stick to that when things get too bad. Usually I avoid all kinds of medication if I can. I haven't had ONE pain killer in 2009. :-)I suspect this headache to be too much HC. It just got worse after I took my third HC dose at 7.5 mg now again.Which HC dose should I lower tomorrow? And I thought I needed 30 to 40 mg HC. Maybe this pain is just temporary and I should suck it up, and then things will get better soon? I've been on 27.5 mg HC now for almost 2 weeks. Things got bad about 3-4 days

I have this sleepiness (and BAD headache) now at just past 7 pm. Which makes me ponder...Too much HC? To little HC (I am incresing it and my body haven't gotten used to theincrements yet?) or just an infection, again leading me to have too low cortisol?Or too little T3 anyway? I felt less sleepy when I was on 20 mg HC daily thru this summerand fall. I've only felt worse after increasing my dose up from 20 to 27.5 mg HC daily.Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Saturday, January 2, 2010, 6:22
