Guest guest
>Btw Nick, do you know why my heart is skipping beats when I am taing a deep breath? Nope, mine skips beats when I am hypo though, it's a warning that I am ready for my next dose. I also have missed beats if I take too much T3 and get low cortisol symptoms just to confuse matters so there is more than one reason for skipped beats (they may both lead to low cellular T3 levels though) Nick
Guest guest
>Any suggestions to when to make the increment? I guess I have to >look for that pressure on the chest, in addition to higher temp and faster pulse? I would suggest you try a bed time dose, as you put the light out. It helps you get to sleep and helps sleep quality. I am waking rested 30 minutes before my alarm at the moment even though it's dark. I've had a busy week, I had a mini-digger on hire over Christmas and have been getting as many jobs done as I can while I had it here so have been working outside all the time it's been light. Energy levels have been really good this last couple of weeks. Nick

Guest guest
Hmmm.... I don't feel anything when It ake 5 mcg T3. For all I know.. It doesn't workat all? Well that would've been nice - If my receptors are broken for some reason..Yeah you had rT3 and felt the T2. Now you can take T3 and feel T3. Maybe i need moretime and more T3 (and more iron and more blablbalba) before I get better? I have onlybeen feeling worse and worse in the past weeks... Except a certain clarity in my mind.Physically I am SO low now. Worse than EVER. >Yeah that's the good thing about T3. Doesn't stay too long in the system. The halflife is >half a day right? Any suggestions to when to make the increment? I guess I have to >look for that pressure on the chest, in addition to higher temp and faster pulse? I would put it as a bit longer than half a day, it takes 3 days or so to stabilise on a dose. to go up or down a little you don't need to wait for a half life for it to decay back to acceptable levels, if you are increasing by 1/4 (15 to 20) then you will be back to the previous level after 6 hours or so if you don't take the next dose. I can feel a dose kick in after around 30 mins and feel the need for the next dose after 3 orr 4 hours. I suspect I am feeling around 10 or 15% variations in level. Natural was quicker for me, I suspect I was pretty well immune to the T3 and hence was feeling T2 from it, it was a sharper rise and decay than T3 is for me. __,_._,__

Guest guest
Good to hear about your improvement Nick! Really good! Any good is just GOOD, ya know?Ok, so you suggest taking 5 mcg T3 extra before I go to bed? Umm right now thingsare a bit messy with my schedule. I plan to take my third 5 mcg dose of T3 at 11 pm!So I guess 20 mcg will be impossible today unless I take it about 4 am. I will be takingmy 50 mg iron at midnight. What do you suggest? >Any suggestions to when to make the increment? Guest guest
>I want to increase my T3, but the iron 2x daily makes it difficult! Help Nick! Take the T3 sublingually, no interaction with iron then Grossman tastes sweet and dissolves completely, I don't know what yours will be like. Guest guest
I don't think I can take mine sublingually. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so anyway, cause the doubt in my mind would tell me "what IF it didn't get absorbed properly?"and so on...What happens if I take iron and T3 at the same time? Will the T3 be useless then? Then it would be dangerous to take T3 and iron at the same time! >I want to increase my T3, but the iron 2x daily makes it difficult! Help Nick! Guest guest
Interesting. The problem is.. I never know how fast I will fall asleep.. it can be anythingfrom 15 (minimum!!!) minutes to 3-4 hours... :pHow about: 11 am, 3 pm, iron at 4 pm, 8 pm, midnight... then iron at 1 am...Ouch, the iron is making it difficult! > >Ok, so you suggest taking 5 mcg T3 extra before I go to bed? Stick with your existing schedule for the 15. Take the additional 5 sublingually at the same time as the iron. If you find you are picking up from it then you've just proved it's absorbed OK like that If it's not absorbed for you then you still get the 15 and nothing is lost. Guest guest
Regarding accurate measurements: 4 liters of water DO NOT EQUAL one U.S. gallon. There are 4 QUARTS of water in one U.S. gallon.
