Guest guest
Hey : I've been following your posts and you complaints about your headaches which seem to be a sinus infection (you said you have had hundreds) and infected tonsils too now for a long time. Have you thought about going to a doc and getting those infections handled and cleared up with some antibiotics? I don't have your symptoms, well yes, I did just get a sinus infection but not those raging headaches. I'm on Augmentin XR which is the drug of choice for sinus infections and I feel SOOO MUCH BETTER. I am tolerating Cortef for the first time after 3 tries and I'm also tolerating the T3 better. Not trying to tell you what to do or diagnose you, but if you have a bad infection you aren't going to feel good on any dose of anything until you get the infection gone. Chronic sinus infections don't go away by themselves, they're like a tooth abcess. They need antibiotics, especially if you're worn down with thyroid and adrenal and maybe ferritin. I don't know what your ferritin is. Living with an infection is just wearing down your immune system and adrenals even more. Guest guest
Thanks Donna! I'll talk to my GP on the 5th. It might be something with the sinuses. But hey, why knows. Can be anything. I did _not_ have a sinus infection 1 week ago.So, yeah.. But maybe I have it now!PS! Took 2.5 mg HC extra last night at 1 am. Should I take another 2.5 mg extra now too?I am at 27.5 mg HC daily. Guest guest
HC alone COULD raise rt3 if you are taking more than you need. We are trying to give ourselves only what a healthy person would naturally make. > > One thing about high cortisol - " High cortisol " is not having high serum and urine levels of cortisol while on 20-40 mg HC? Guest guest
Yeah. But where is the limit? Anything above 40 mg HC daily is bad? There is not wayto find out how much one need, except from dosing by symptoms.Subject: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Saturday, January 2, 2010, 3:03 AM HC alone COULD raise rt3 if you are taking more than you need. Guest guest
I just noticed that before I took my morning dose of 10 mg HC at 11 am, I felt "ok".1 hour+ after I took it, my head is getting this kind of pressure feeling in it. Like I have a lumpof something heavy inside my head pressing against the top of my head.Hmm!

Guest guest
Why so much water? Is it part of your plan to get healthy? Or are you that thirsty? If it is thirst, you need to check your blood sugar 2 hours after a meal. Excess water can deplete sodium badly enough so as to cause a seizure. Are you using good sea salt salt in the water? Three quarts even in summer is enough wather. > > Are you drinking enough water? >

Guest guest
Most doctors say you should drink at least 0.5 gallon daily. However, I've heard more and more talk about 1 gallon. Of course I add organic (real, raw, untouched, just collected!) sea salt (from France) to my water! Why so much water? Is it part of your plan to get healthy? Or are you that thirsty? Guest guest
Ok. I took my second dose of 7.5 mg HC today. And... This feeling in my head keeps getting worse. I wonder if it's too much HC, or simply just the infection I have somewhere in my body. My specialist told me it doesn't have to be an infection, elevated whites can simply mean I have hypothyroidism. This is almost unbearable to live with. This pressure and pain in my head. What do I do?
