Homemade ketchup is allowed on the diet. It isn't on the intro but

if that's the only way to get him onto the diet you should go

ahead. If you can get him to do the intro for even a day or two it

would be great, but it is more important to get rid of the SAD and

get some good food into him.

Homemade ketchup is allowed on the diet. It isn't on the intro but
