If you are both doing well, stools etc. then you probably don;t need

to go back to the intro. You can always save going back to it if

either of you develop a flu or cold, which is what some people do.

Some never do the intro and still have great results on the diet.

Thanks Sheila! I was confused... I saw that but I thought it was a

sample menu, I didn't realize those were all the foods you are supposed

to eat. Maybe I will try it. Thanks again,

Thanks Sheila! I was confused... I saw that but I thought it was a

sample menu, I didn't realize those were all the foods you are supposed

to eat. Maybe I will try it. Thanks again,
