Guest guest
Hi , >What > is on the intro diet??? From one place I got the impression only > chicken soup, from another peeled cooked fruits & veg, from another that > those shouldn't be introduced until after the intro. You can find the introductory diet in your copy of BTVC , it's at the end of chapter 9. You can also find it at http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/the_intro_die t2.htm here's the dairy free version with a variety of preparation ideas http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#intro > should > I go on the intro diet now, that I feel more prepared to deal with it? > And what would I actually eat? Thanks a lot for all the help, If you are both doing well, stools etc. then you probably don;t need to go back to the intro. You can always save going back to it if either of you develop a flu or cold, which is what some people do. Some never do the intro and still have great results on the diet. Guest guest
Thanks Sheila! I was confused... I saw that but I thought it was a sample menu, I didn't realize those were all the foods you are supposed to eat. Maybe I will try it. Thanks again, Sheila Trenholm wrote: > > Hi , > > >What > > is on the intro diet???
