Man, what a week, I tell you my scale is out to get me. I weigh in

the morning and it weighs me alot more then the afternoon. Three

days ago I went up to 331, (bad), but now............314.2

So what, should I weigh in the afternoon, when I weigh less or what.

I think it is because I first clean house, do laundry, then I go

swimming most of the afternoon, From 1:00 to 5:00, the sometimes I

go back in the evening. I love to swim. But anyway, when I come

back from swimming in the afternoon, I am always anywhere from 12 to

20 pounds less.

Sandy

P.S. I have not done my taebo for a couple of days, been swimming.

Great job on the loss and the swimming!! As far as ''when to weigh''...I

would just say do it at the same time each day to get consistent numbers :)
