Guest guest
>(just in case I forgot my 7.5 mg yesterday I have a simple way of making sure I have remembered my T3 each day, it would work with HC as well. I count out the number of tablets I am going to take that day and put them into an empty bottle. I then carry that bottle round all day and take only from that, then the number that are left in it will tell me how many I have taken and if I have missed a dose. Each morning when I take my first dose I count out the rest for the day. Just for security in case I go out without it there are a few spares in my laptop bag, car, and desk at work! Guest guest
>The light is such a clever idea! How do I pull it off again? There are " plug in time clocks " sold in this country, a mains plug with a timer and a socket on it. One of those with a lamp plugged in would do the job. This is a picture of what I mean with a UK plug on it but I am sure you will be able to get them with european plugs http://www.swiftofficesupplies.co.uk/item/micromark-electronic-timer-mm9578/6980\ 76.aspx You can also get them made up as a bedside light that comes on slowly as a " gentle alarm clock " http://www.here-be-dreams.com/bedroom/sunrise-alarm.html Nick

Guest guest
I would avoid Canola oil like the plague! Also no rice, brown or otherwise. Meats, GOOD fats such as butter or cheese, and other protein sources such as eggs, or beans are fine. Rice will cause a glucose spike about 3 hours after you eat it and then in another hour LOW glucose due to low cortisol. This is reactive hypoglycemia which alsmost all adrnela patients have. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
For adrenal crisis they giv in injection of 100mg of HC and sometimes they give TWO of these if the symptoms are not releived immediately. Your adrenals if they were healthy can dump out 200-300mg at one time if oyu need it such as in an accident or severe illness. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
