Guest guest
Hi Louisa - My 5 yr old son recently had a bout of what we think was die-off with 4-5 days of loose or mushy D. When my son has die-off though we can tell because he gets really tired and will just go to sleep and take long long naps. We found this the case a couple of years ago before SCD when we initially got his yeast under control. This time what we did was up his probiotics, stopped supplements, cut way back on juice and diluted it even more, stopped any fruit that hinted at irritation, and kept the zinc-oxide on his sore butt. Afterwards he has seemed greatly improved. Hope this helps. Dad of 5yr old PDDer, 8months SCD
