Guest guest
I notice that every time I wash my hair, I am losing quite a few strands. I used to highlight my hair but now it is one color so I wonder if I was losing it all along and didn't notice it because of the highlights or this just started when I began taking Sotalol and Norvasc. Does anyone know? I also take Pepcid AC daily and I think I read somewhere that it causes hair loss. I have enough hair for two people, so I can't stress out over a few lost strands. Guest guest
My beautician told me to wash and condition my head just like I always did. Mine started growing back after about a month after chemo. Good luck. ren
Guest guest
After shaving my head my scalp became a bit achy not itchy but it went a way after a couple of weeks. I like to massage it in the shower and get the blood flowing for health. Now that it is getting cool (Ilive in CT.) I'm alot more comfortable at night with a soft knitted cap on even though it works it's way off during the night! might look for something better. It is so nice after "wigging" all day. Guest guest
I actually did not have the opportunity to use this, but someone told me that " diaper rash cream " for babies works for the itching....like desenex (spelling?) works well.....This is a difficult time I used an online counseling website that was very very helpful.........If you are interested in the site you can email me at datwillis@... if not thats fine I just wanted to extend a helpful offer. andria > > hey everybody, its been a while since i been in here; i just had my > 2nd of 8 chemo treatment and just had to shave my head because i > couldnt do the patches. when will it start growing back? it itches > too. is there something im suppose to put on my scalp to keep it from > getting dry or what...i dont know! i cant do the wig thing. my scalp > feels weird on the pillow. thats why im up at 1:00 am. cant sleep! > help! >
