Guest guest
hello! i have had my 3 yr. old son, nick, on peptizyde since august and zyme prime since october and he was before non-verbal. he now has 150+ words, is starting to put two words together, counts to 12, has wonderful eye contact, is becoming more sociable, is starting to point to things in books and on the television when he wants me to tell him what they are, takes his jacket and hat on and off by himself, plays soccer with his dad and me and a number of other small miracles. needless to say, we have seen remarkable results with these enzymes and they became a wonderful alternative to the diets because he literally refused to eat anything on the diet that is legal. the enzymes have truly been a blessing because he is still healing his gut while continuing to receive the nutirents that he needs with the freedom to eat what he wants. he has not eaten one thing since august without an enzyme. good luck and i hope this helped!!! tracey, nick 3-ASD

Guest guest
hi tina, no, he is not on any restricted diet at all. in fact, he does not eat one legal thing. he just drinks tropicana oj which i know is legal. we tried with himonly fasting for 2 days, refusing to eat anything i put in front of him. he was already on peptizyde at this point and doing so well, i said forget it and just added the zyme prime which we also saw wonderful results with. he takes zyme prime and afp peptizyde with every meal. generally 4x a day. break., lunch, dinner and bedtime snack. it lasts for 90 minutes in his belly so he gets it in his jusice and has 90 minutes to eat whatever he wants, which he is usually filled up before that. then he gets another round at the next meal. it's really quite easy to do and he doesn't mind at all. he is also on a probiotic now and christmas eve we started a multi-vitamin from kirkman labs. also doing well with that so far. nick is a carb addict so we thought the multi-vitamin would be good for him. hope this helps! tracey, nick, 3-asd

Guest guest
I use this along with Zyme Prime and only after I started enzymes with every meal did my daughter's bowels clear up. After she went GF/CF she still had occasional loose poops, but with enzymes she never does. I don't notice her being spacy after eating and I think that's because she still had foods she didn't tolerate. It is too much for me to restrict her diet further at this point so I like the enzymes. I still don't give her anything I know she shouldn't have. Peptizyde Hi group, we are considering trying Houston Nutraceuticals Peptizyde for my 3 yr old. Could anyone using this please tell me good or bad experiences with it? thanks, stacey cody 3 yrs old--- gfcfsf 13 months, scd 5 months, detoxed heavy metals For information on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, please read the book _Breaking the Vicious Cycle_ by Elaine Gottschall and read the following websites: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info and http://www.pecanbread.com

Guest guest
So, you are not on the SCD? How do you give the enzymes if you don't mind me asking? (Which one with what food?) Does he eat gluten containing products, refined sugar, starches, etc?
