Meaghan,

I was telling Mike about it. Hope you don't mind. Like he says, it

makes no sense. What exactly is he getting mad about? Does he not want

you to take care of yourself and be healthy? Does he not realize that

if you are healthy and feel good that you will be a better mom and

wife? How about in the sex dept? It would make me mad, his getting mad!

I would tell him get over it! This is something I have to do for me. If

you don't support it then just keep it to yourself! Mike is not overly

supportive but he would never discourage me either. He knows it's for

me, to feel better about myself. I actually get mad because he doesn't

seem to care. He says he loves me no matter what size, for who I am. I

had to explain to him about how if I feel better, am healthier.....

then he got it. Still doesn't say much but he seems a bit more

understanding. MEN!!! Did you see the Dr Phil the other day " Explaining

how men think thing " thing? It was interesting. Anyway, hang in there.

Hold your ground. Sometimes you just have to keep repeating yourself.

Just keep trying to say things a bit different. Maybe compare it to

something he does?

Take care,

Gena
