Guest guest
Dear all I was quite devastated to find out that my dh's sperm has antibodies. I have to wait until next week to get to see the detailed analysis, but it basically means that his bodies immune system thinks the sperm are foreign invaders and attacks them. Therefore this makes it very difficult to conceive!!! Not another thing I said to myself... Apparently the sperm all clump together and this makes it very difficult for them to find the sperm and fertilise an egg. The hospital has told me it will be difficult to conceive naturally and that are only hopes are with IUI and IVF as the sperm will be washed/treated and hopefully with IUI which I am going to try for the first time next week will be ok. But this is not guaranteed to work as it will depend how much of his sperm is affected. With IUI they only choose the best sperm so I hope to god he has some. If anyone has any infor on this would really appreciate hearing from you. regards Janine UU Has anyone gone thru Fertility drug treatment after a resected SU !!!!
