Hello and welcome. To answer your question regarding voice damage

during the TT, it is unlikely, but can happen. My laryngeal nerve

has a cancerous tumor that was scraped during the TT. As a result,

my voice was high pitched and down to a whisper. I tried speech

therapy, accupuncture, etc. It turned out the the vocal cord was

paralyzed. Last month, one year after the TT, I underwent additional

surgery for my voice. My voice is almost 90% recovered. For now,

the most important thing is to be concerned with is getting rid of

the cancer. Try to focus on this. Any other risks can be dealt with

later.
