Guest guest Posted August 7, 2005 Report Share Posted August 7, 2005 yes at first was sore but the mopre you work them arms the better it will be and the better you can work that arm i was determine that arm was going to be ok i can get my arm now and put it totally over my head to my shoulder but i wanted to use that arm so ask dr but to me the more you work it the better and in a swimming pool would be the best tio me cheryl Re: walk Cheryl: I wanted to start swimming, but have been reluctant to try it since the lymph node removal.
