Guest guest
My BPT came back at 650. So thats normal for about 18 dpo but I am so parnoid. I have 2 more BPT then an ultrasound before I go to my regular OB. I know a lot of you have expressed these feelings of paranoia. I am scared to death that something bad is going to happen. How did you get past it? Any relaxation tips would help. I started some activities that help me with stress reduction but I need some tips from the experts! Thanks - Liz _________________________________________________________________ Check out Election 2004 for up-to-date election news, plus voter tools and more! http://special.msn.com/msn/election2004.armx
Guest guest
Congrats Liz! That's great news. I know the stress you are feeling about paranoia. I felt that way with dd. I don't know if this will work for you, but I had to try to learn to NOT worry, esp. when there is no reason to. For instance, your #s from the dr are great, you feel great, you don't have bleeding, pain, etc...so try to celebrate the good news for now. Try to set small goals like making it to your next appt or u/s. Looking at all 40 weeks now may be overwhelming. And if some symptom crops up that does concern you, try not to bury yourself in unnecessary worry. Positive attitude really does help situations. And nervous worrying really doesn't get you ahead of the problem. I know that it is hard because you have not had a happy moment to celebrate in a long time, but try to have faith that this will be ok. I will send up a prayer that you will have the most remarkably BORING pg known to man ;o) Be happy, Sara SU resected x2
