Congrats to you. I can't wait to get to a 16. Or a 22, or 20 even!! As far as the ice cream, I LOVE the Smart Ones frozen chocolate things. They are quite good and last a long time and are so cold and refreshing. There is also an ice cream sandwich thing called Skinny Cow, I think. Very good. Sneaking food.........well I think we've all done that. Maybe when the mood strikes, try doing something else for 10 minutes, get a big drink of water and just WALK AWAY from the kitchen or wherever the food is? I know it's hard, but I think they're just habits we've acquired and have to learn to break. Good luck and I'm sure you'll be back to 180 before you know it.
