Ghee and meat/veggie muffins

I did buy some ghee to try. I was told if 1/4 of butter then it

would be 1/4 of ghee. Yea?

Do you think if I used a standard muffin recipe and add some very

finely ground up beef and greens beans it would kinda be OK? Anyone

else mixing beef into a muffin?

I wanted something easy for his lunch. I figured it would turn

green so I would call them 'Shrek' muffins, maybe omit the

honey...not sure. Thoughts?
