Ok, if he's not the worst of the worst.....and his attorney thinks he

shouldn't get the death penalty then put him in GENERAL population of

the prison and let him be the normal guy his attorney and Westerfield

thinks he is. It's a safe bet he wouldn't last out the year.

I believe everyone needs an attorney to protect their rights....but,

when it comes to a person like Westerfield there shouldn't be an

attorney trying to get him off or a lighter sentence. He's guilty,

found guilty and needs to face the music.... that's more than he gave

le. I turned on the news the other day when Westerfields sister

was on the stand. She pleaded to save his life... that she needed her

brother.... EXCUSE ME.... these people have forgotten he MURDERED an

innocent child who will NEVER see her family again...much less her

family EVER having a normal life. It really burns me up when family

members think solely of themselves first. He fondled his own niece and

then went to the bedside of his daughter .... who wants to bet that

he molested his own daughter as a young child. I find his lack of

compassion for le and her family also continues on with his own

family. If I were in the same situation, I would never get on the

stand and say... " We need him " ... that to me is a slap in the face of

les family and friends who loved and needed her.

able to buy a new home and lived very nicely and go out an party ... all

and put everything in perspective. The porno pictures of the children

found in Westerfields home wasn't just of nude pictures ... it was of

" VIOLENT " hard to view child molestation. He needs to die just like a

french fry! Oooops, did I say that.... sorry everyone.. I got carried

away.

The above statement just DOES NOT MATTER, though. The fact is he murdered a

child. End of discussion! These scum bags deserve EVERYTHING they have

coming to them and then some. These evil people need to be stopped. I don't

know what it will take, but we need to stand up for our children!!!

Hi Vicki,

I have to agree with everyone on dealing with these types of criminals. They

should be turned over to the family that they have harmed and let the family

carry out the punishment a la Braveheart . Let him be hung first, not till

he is dead then slowly dissect him piece by piece. And ask him are we having

fun yet!

I agree. I pity the person who EVER, EVER even THINKS about laying a hand on my

kids. I'm afraid I would end up in prison for taking matters into my own

hands....
