Guest guest
By the second day I was in tears for no apparent reason. However, the children seemed fine with it and never did seem to experience the 'die-off' period. Thank goodness. Mine are celiac though and do not have ASD. We don't know why but it happens often. Once past that, things usually progress well. Remember making changes affects your body. Withdrawal from caffeine, nicotine and yes, even disaccharide carbohydrates can cause the body to put up a strong protest. In the case of the digestive sytem the bad bacteria battle for supremacy. As they get starved out, they weaken and give up. Carol F.
