Good sources of peanut butter in Ontario:

Whole Foods own brand " 365 " smooth or crunchy- organic or conventional( just

triedit-very good!)

Nuts to Go smooth or crunchy, organic or conventional

The kind in the machine you grind yourself at Whole Foods and Health Food Stores

President's Choice organic or even the plain

Just read the labels.

Where do you live? - we make be able to make some specific

suggestions depending on your location. I live in NL, Canada and

can buy maranatha brand nut butters at my local grocery store.

Maranatha has a wide variety of different nut butters. Pecan butter

or almond butter are the best to start with.
