It varies w/ each individual meal. Best thing to do is next time you're in the

store, go to the freezer section and take a look.

I am asking about Healthy Choice frozen dinners because I have heard that

they are very low fat and very high in protein. My MIL's doctor told her to

eat

one everyday. I have heard that a lot of elderly people eat Healthy Choice

frozen dinners.

Does anyone know the nutritional information of Healthy Choice frozen

dinners. Approximately how many protein grams and fat grams are in each meal?
