I think I aid that Connie Sarros told me about GF "Winkies." It may have been LynnRae Ries (another GF cookbook author). In any event, I can't find the exact link in all my stuff.... I must have filed it so well, that I can't even find it. However, I "think" it was somewhere listed on the Gluten Free Creations site: www.glutenfreecreations.com But.... I've been looking all over that site and can't find it on there. If you do a google search on "winkies," all sorts of odd things come up. I use a great mixture to make GF doughnuts and I believe that recipe (found in our FILES section) would work for making a Winkie/Twinkie/or whatever. You just need the "magic pan" to get the proper form... and then inject those babies with the filling. (what about marshmallow cream???)
