Yes, I have been back for two weeks now. It is not going all that

well. Even working at home, I dont seem to be able to get everything

done, Christian always needs feeding, loving or changing, so I am not

getting steady work time. I thought working from home would be easy,

but it is not. Trying to balance work, the housework and baby is

tough. What has been making it hard also is that we have been having

meetings several times a week that I am required to be at. I have

been leaving Christian with dh in his office or my mil at her office.

But it is getting to be to much leaving him with them at work, it is

ok once and awhile but this is becoming regular, so I dont want them

to get in trouble. Luckily if I feed him before I take him he sleeps

while there. We just do not have anyone to leave him with, everyone

we know works. Yesterday was hard, I had an all day meeting at

another campus a half hour away, but dh was home sick, so he spend

the day with the baby. It was hard being away all day, I had to bring

my bf pump, and that was weird doing that out. I am hoping that we

just need to get a routine down and stop having meetings, and work

will return to somewhat normal!

I would love to be able to stay home with him, but financially it is

not possible. Hopefully someday we will work out a way! I hope you

plan to be home is coming together, it will be so great!
