HC dosing question

I tried this schedule in the last few days:107.57.552.52.5= 35But with my new stomach pain and horrible feeling all over, I wanna go down on that first dose. Is it OK to swap 10 mg HC as my morning dose to 7.5 mg HC??? I remember reading that you should always go down on the LAST dose of the day not the first.

You would do better to drop the next to last 2.5mg .

So.. My current schedule of:107.57.55.02.52.5I would just need to drop that second last 2.5 one?You would do better to drop the next to last 2.5mg .

You're telling me to remove 2.5 mg from my scedule? I was thinking more in the lines of changing my first dose so it's not so strong on my stomach! But I guess I can go down to 32.5 mg HC. That's the problem. I don't know how much I need to tolerate T3!
