I have found this to be a wonder bunch of people, very helpful and well informed. We talk about all kinds of things but mostly Atkins, which is what we're supposed to do. The guys have come up with some really great recipes for all kinds of things from desserts to pancakes, yes I said pancakes. So Welcome, welcome, welcome dear new member Maggie.
