Hello,

I'm new too......this is the beginning of Day 4 for me and I haven't felt

this good in years. I am so excited and staying on the plan has been

extremely easy for me. I haven't been hungry and when I am I eat. Who

could ask for me than that? Today I have added walking and did that for 30

minutes earlier today. I have lost 3 lbs although I lost about 8 lbs before

starting just by reading all of your posts for a couple of weeks. I was so

much more conscious of what I was eating even though I hadn't started " the

plan " . I have never been more excited by an eating plan than I am by this

because I know I can do it. (And I have been on and off Weight Watchers

since I was about 16/ (I am much older than that now). Good luck to all of

us who started this past Monday (and everyone else too). I feel so

fortunate to have found all of you! Thanks for the great support you are

providing to me and many others!

Congrats Judy. I did start on Monday as well, and things are going

very well. I've also tried many other diets, and nothing had seemed

to work yet. FINALLY the sugar & carb cravings are dulling GREATLY!!
